      Set up and use a Marketing Scorecard for your solar business

      At XEN Solar we use a Marketing Scorecard to show you your 'digital marketing score'. Here's how to set up and use it.

      Purpose:

      • show you (the client) a before and after of working with XEN

      i.e. before XEN started working on your items you had lots of gaps, a few months later it was much better...

      Format: Preparing a marketing scorecard usually takes around 4 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of the business.
      Outcome: an indication of what you (the client) does and does not have set up, and prioritised items for XEN to work on implementing.
      Once the Marketing Scorecard has been checked, prioritise the items that need to be set up. We can then start implementing items based on priority and update the marketing scorecard.
